Surfly powers more than 100,000 users with over 2 million sessions per year across 40 different countries. With Surfly, agents can view the browser window of a customer and help guide them in a fast and intuitive manner – without the need for any plugins or configurations. This allows contact center agents to get real-time contextual insights of a customer’s problem, as well as, even upgrade the phone conversation to a video conversation.

Companies such as CSAA, Empire Life, Achmea, Fidelis Care, and Southern Cross rely on our co-browsing technology to improve the customer journey, increase conversion rates and lifetime value of a customer.

The interactions that Surfly enables are completely real-time and fully interactive. This means that complex flows and journeys can be supported.
